01 Introduction

03 Account Registration

To access LestBet's betting and gaming services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not use false names, fictitious identities, or another person's details when creating your LestBet account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one LestBet account. If LestBet detects that you have created more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts will be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LestBet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. LestBet will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as having been authorised by you.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

LestBet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). LestBet does not currently accept international payment methods, credit cards, or bank transfers.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on LestBet is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your LestBet account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. LestBet does not charge a fee for deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount on LestBet is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed and delivered to your mobile wallet within 10 to 30 minutes. In some cases, particularly during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required, processing may take longer.

LestBet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. You must withdraw to the same payment method you used to deposit. LestBet does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

LestBet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses on LestBet are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. 06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on LestBet are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being bet on, as well as these general Terms. By placing a bet on LestBet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the relevant game or market.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by LestBet, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. LestBet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that LestBet determines to be irregular or suspicious.

LestBet uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by LestBet or any third party. Results displayed on the platform are final unless LestBet identifies a technical error that materially affected the outcome.

• Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, LestBet will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with the game provider's rules.
• LestBet reserves the right to impose betting limits on any player or market at its discretion.
• Winnings will be credited to your LestBet account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LestBet. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one LestBet account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with LestBet.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the LestBet platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using LestBet for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the LestBet platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing LestBet staff or other players.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.

LestBet monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. If suspicious activity is detected, LestBet may freeze your account pending investigation without prior notice. During a freeze, deposits and withdrawals will be suspended.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

LestBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under LestBet's Responsible Gaming programme.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — LestBet will process a withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method after completing any required verification.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the LestBet platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.
